Replacement and return


In order to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, Sport Car clarifies our exchange and return policy as follows:


1 - Return and exchange periods:

  • The customer has the right to request a return of the product within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  • The customer has the right to request a product replacement within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  • Essential condition: The items to be returned or exchanged must be in the original condition in which they were received, with the necessity of preserving

Original packaging complete and unopened or damaged .


2 - Shipping fees upon return:

  • If a return request is approved for any reason other than a manufacturing defect in the product, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount due to the customer.


3 - After the specified periods have expired:

  • After the specified time periods for return (3 days) and exchange (7 days) from the date of receipt of the shipment have expired, the customer’s right to claim a return or exchange for any reason is forfeited, and the company does not accept any requests after this period.


4 - Responsibility for receiving shipments:

  • The company is not responsible for any shipment that the customer does not receive from the shipping company within 14 days of its shipment date. In this case, the shipment may be returned to its source and the customer will be charged a return shipping fee.


5 - Parts installed or used:

  • No spare part will be returned or exchanged after it has been installed on the vehicle or used in any way , unless the defect is a manufacturing defect that requires installation to be detected (subject to the assessment of the company and specialized technicians).


6 - Payment gateway fees upon return:

  • The payment gateway fee charged by the financial institution on the original payment transaction, which amounts to 2% of the value of the returned order , will be deducted when processing the refund transfer to the customer.


7 - Refund transfer process:

  • The refund amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account after the company receives the returned item, inspects it, and ensures that it meets the aforementioned return conditions and is in a condition that allows it to be resold.
  • The bank transfer will be processed within 1 to 5 business days from the date the returned item is inspected.
